CANCELLATION INFORMATION AND TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to one month before departure
- From one month before departure: 80% of the booked journey price
- Our cancellation conditions apply without exception. We therefore recommend that you take out our Gartner Travel Insurance when booking, which includes the following:
- Cancellation protection: reimbursement of cancellation costs in the event of non-arrival (no deductible)
- Trip interruption: reimbursement of the booked, unused parts of the package
- Delayed arrival of the booked stay: reimbursement of the necessary accommodation and meal costs during the trip up to €400.00
- Involuntary holiday extension: Reimbursement of additional accommodation and meal costs at the holiday destination up to €2,000.00
- Search and rescue costs: in the event of an accident, mountain rescue, or distress at lake (including helicopter rescue), up to €7,500.00
NEW: You are invited to breakfast on the day of arrival
To avoid traffic, you are welcome to leave your home at night: we will provide you with a delicious breakfast. If your room is still not ready after that, you will receive our wellness bag to relax in the garden or in the relaxation rooms!

Lifts
- The cable cars to Verano, Meltina, Renon, Meransen, San Genesio, and Colle
- The Renon tram and the Mendola funicular

The listed prices for double rooms and suites (except for the family combination)
are per person per day based on 2 people sharing, including Gartner half board.
Prices include all taxes and fees, except for the local tourist tax of €3.40 for guests aged 14 and over.
CHECK-IN from 3:00 PM
CHECK-OUT by 11:00 AM
- Arrival and Departure: Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Of course, you are welcome to arrive earlier, but your room may not be ready. We will be happy to look after you and provide you with a spa bag for the spa area.
- If you arrive after 8:00 PM, please notify us in advance. Your room must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Late check-out (until 7:00 PM) is available at short notice, subject to availability and upon request at €60.00 per person.

For all other rooms:
- 0-3 years: €15 including cot and half board
- 3-6 years: €70 including half board
- 6-12 years: €80 including half board
- 12-16 years: €90 including half board
- 16 years and older: 20% discount on half board

We regret that we are unable to guarantee room numbers, floors, or table numbers for the evening. However, we are happy to guarantee the room category you have booked.

Dogs are welcome on request.
Please note that dogs are not admitted in "The Nature Loft," the dining room, the terrace, the wellness area, or on the entire sunbathing lawn. We charge €25 per day.
